RETURNS

Little Loves offers exchanges or store credits on any purchases within 14 days of purchase. Item/s must be returned in the original condition, with tags and hygiene seals etc in place. For any queries, please contact us at heymate@littlelovesstore.com

 

  • Sale items are final sale only and will not be accepted for returns.
  • Item/s must be posted back to us or returned in store within the allowed timeframe.
  • Item/s must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way.
  • Little Loves will not take responsibility for any parcels lost or misplaced in transit, so please keep proof of shipping.

 

HOW DO I ORGANISE A RETURN?

Once your return has been viewed and approved, you will receive an email with details of how to send your item/s back to us.

The shipping costs for your return are at your own expense.

 

WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED OR FAULTY?

For faulty items please email heymate@littlelovesstore.com so that our Amber + Ash can deal with the issue and be in touch within 24hours.
