As soon as you put your order through, we get an alert on our phone or at the store (and it makes us very happy)!

If it's 9am-4pm AEST we will starting packing your order right away. (Unless it is Banwood, Mustard Made , a preorder or a custom jewellery piece) If it's after hours, we will pack it the next morning.

We send out your order as soon as the postie comes, which is usually every afternoon. Or we let you know its ready for pickup.
